READS FOR RICHES

Summer Series
Where Literacy, Math, and Money Mindset Collide

Reads for Riches is where literacy, math, and money mindset collide. Designed for K–7 students, this year-round experience transforms traditional tutoring into a hands-on journey through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real-world learning.

Students don't just improve reading and math skills. They become authors, creators, problem-solvers, and future wealth-builders.

Through engaging lessons, interactive storytelling, educational technology, and hands-on projects, students discover how words and numbers shape the world around them. They strengthen reading comprehension, build math confidence, and learn how financial decisions impact everyday life.

But the journey doesn't stop there.

Students bring their learning to life by creating, illustrating, publishing, and selling their own financial literacy activity books, transforming academic growth into creativity, confidence, ownership, and opportunity.

At Reads for Riches, we believe every child deserves more than tutoring. They deserve the chance to see themselves as capable, creative, and successful.

Because when students learn to read, calculate, create, and build, they don't just prepare for the next grade level.

They begin building the future they deserve.

WHY READ FOR RICHES

Money is the hook. Reading and math are the mission. Wealth-building is the outcome.

A child cannot build wealth if they struggle to read. They cannot confidently navigate financial decisions if they struggle with math. Before students can become investors, entrepreneurs, homeowners, or future millionaires, they must first master the foundational skills that make those opportunities possible.

That's where Reads for Riches begins.

Reads for Riches uses students' natural interest in money, entrepreneurship, and success as the gateway to strengthen reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, critical thinking, and math proficiency. By connecting academic skills to real-world financial concepts, students become more engaged, more confident, and more motivated to learn.

  • We teach reading through stories about money.

  • We teach math through real financial decisions.

  • We teach students that every word has value, and every number tells a story.

  • We transform students into published authors, creative thinkers, and future entrepreneurs.

  • We connect learning to real life through hands-on projects, technology, and financial literacy experiences.

  • We build confidence by helping students see themselves as capable, successful, and prepared for the future.

  • We celebrate student voices through book publishing, community showcases, and leadership opportunities.

  • We show students that literacy builds knowledge, math builds opportunity, and both are essential to building wealth.

Because the path to wealth begins with literacy, numeracy, and the confidence to use both.
